Each action keeps its reason, who approved it, what changed, and what happened next. Results that did not work stay too, so the next decision learns from them. The record is durable and auditable, retained per your agreement and applicable legal requirements.

What happens if an autonomous action goes wrong?
It is on the record with its reason and result, so you can see exactly what happened and undo it where the change is reversible. Aptic reports results plainly, including ones that made things worse, and you can lower the autonomy level.
Does connecting a tool let Aptic change it?
No. Reading a source does not authorize changes. You grant permission to act separately, and some connections are read-only.
