Goal

Find new advanced opportunities to improve their existing Google Analytics implementation and other data sources. Primary interest was in offline attribution and be able to see the full user journey and tie a clinic appointments and check-ins for each location back to a digital campaign.

Solution

  • Started by mapping the user journey and build an automated solution to account all conversion points to ensure full offline conversion attribution.
  • Developed the technical plan and developed multiple server-less functions within Google Cloud Platform to ensure a real-time offline data sync with between the appointment system and Google Analytics.
  • Created a long term plan for additional analytics opportunities for the future.
