What an engagement looks like, and what it costs you to find out.
Aptic is in private beta and prices each engagement individually, so there is no table of numbers on this page. What follows is the shape of the work, what moves the price, and the businesses we turn away - which is the part most pricing pages leave out.
One review. Three ways to buy it.
The difference between the first two is how far Aptic goes after the recommendation. The third is not a discount - it is a separate program with its own selection.
Consulting
Businesses with a team that can execute.
Monthly, by systems connected and practice areas engaged.
- Continuous review of every connected system
- Recommendations with evidence, impact, confidence and risk
- Weekly and monthly reviews, and a living business plan
- Outcome measurement two weeks after each decision
Management
Businesses that want the decisions and the follow-through in one place.
Monthly, by the above plus how much authority you delegate.
- Everything in Consulting
- Approved digital work carried out and verified
- Tasks with named owners for work that needs a person
- Recurring work that fires on schedule and shows when it is late
Pro bono
Nonprofits, NGOs, and community organizations.
No fee. Selected by need, fit and expected impact.
- The same review and the same recommendations
- A scope agreed up front against your mission
- Selection depends on capacity, and applying is not acceptance
What holds regardless of what you pay.
- No long lock-in. You can stop at the end of a month.
- Your data is yours: exportable at any time, deleted on request.
- Nothing you connect is pooled with another client.
- A named human contact, not a queue.
- Authority delegated per capability and action type, with high-risk and sensitive actions requiring a person.
- The record of decisions and outcomes leaves with you if you go.
Three things, and none of them is how big your logo is.
Aptic prices the work, not the company. Two businesses of the same size can sit a long way apart on all three of these.
How many systems connect
Each connected system is another source that has to be read, reconciled and kept current. Two systems is a different engagement from nine.
How many practice areas you engage
A business that needs marketing and growth support is buying less than one that engages several specialist offices in the same business conversation.
How far Aptic executes
Advising on a change costs less than carrying it out, verifying it landed, and owning the follow-up when it did not.
Three businesses we will turn down.
Saying this in public costs us some enquiries and saves you a call. If you recognize yourself here, the honest answer is that Aptic is not the right spend right now.
- You want a dashboard. Aptic tells you what to do about the numbers; if the chart is enough, you do not need us.
- You want an AI to run the business unsupervised. Delegated authority always has limits, high-risk actions always reach a person, and Aptic never moves money.
- You have no systems and no records of any kind. Aptic can work from assumptions before you have data, but it cannot work from nothing at all.
What being early actually means.
Aptic is in private beta with a small number of businesses. That is a real trade, and both halves of it belong on this page.
What you get for it
- Beta pricing, held for the length of your first engagement
- Direct access to the people building it, and unusual influence on what gets built
- The same governance and the same approval gates as any later client
What it costs you
- Fewer connectors than we intend to support, and a queue for the rest
- Some findings will be things you already knew - early on, that is how you calibrate the rest
- We will ask you for feedback more often than a finished product would
The questions the numbers would have answered.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the honest number depends on how many systems you connect, how many practice areas you engage, and how much authority you delegate. A single headline price would be wrong for most of the businesses reading it, and we would rather say that than pick a number for the page.
How does this compare with hiring a consultant?
A consulting project starts, delivers a document, and stops. Aptic does not stop, and it comes back after the decision to tell you whether the decision worked. For the things a partner at a firm does best - a contested negotiation, a board fight, a judgment call with careers attached - hire the partner.
Am I too small?
Probably not. The businesses that gain most are the ones that cannot justify a full-time analyst but still lose real money to problems nobody had time to look at. If you are genuinely too small to benefit, we will say so rather than sell you a plan.
What happens at the end of an engagement?
You export everything: the plan, the recommendations, the decisions, the outcomes. On request, we delete our copy. Nothing about leaving is designed to be difficult.
Find out whether this fits before anyone quotes you anything.
Tell us what you run, what you have connected, and what you are trying to fix. We will tell you which mode fits, or that none of them does.
